ABOUT THIS EDITION
The second edition of the Dual Hub Summit was held on August 5 at the Faculty of Physical and Mathematical Sciences at the University of Chile, establishing the event as a key platform for promoting dual innovation in the country.
Organized by Know Hub Chile, the event brought together government officials, international experts, and representatives from the public, private, academic, and defense sectors, with the aim of strengthening a shared strategic agenda focused on technological development with both civilian and strategic implications.
The event highlighted the need to integrate knowledge, the market, and a national vision. Officials from the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation (
), the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Economy, and CORFO agreed that technological development requires a commercial strategy, consistent public policies, and coordination among sectors to achieve international reach and sustainable growth.
